Using this site
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to buy ION products.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation with an order number. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.
- Discount codes are single-use per customer where stated, and can't be combined.
Pre-orders
Orders placed before 2 October 2026 are pre-orders and ship from launch day. If we can't fulfil a pre-order we will refund it in full.

Health information
ION is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It contains caffeine and is not for children under 18, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Check with a doctor if you have a medical condition or take medication. Keep total caffeine from all sources within 400 mg a day.
Intellectual property
The ION name, logo, packaging, copy and imagery belong to ION. Please don't reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ION isn't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
