Privacy policy

Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy covers this website and the orders placed through it.

What we collect

• To fulfil your order: name, mobile number, delivery address, email (optional), and what you ordered.
• Payments: online payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment, never your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Email sign-ups: your email and the page you signed up on.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse and fraud. Your cart and delivery details are saved in your own browser so you can check out faster.

Why we use it

• To take, ship and support your order, and to send order updates.
• To send the discount code or launch news you asked for. You can unsubscribe any time.
• To keep the site secure, and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

• Delivery partners (name, phone, address) to deliver your order.
• Razorpay, to process online payments.
• Our email provider, to send order emails.
• A public postal-code service receives only your pincode to fill in city and state.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Email support@ionstrips.in and we'll respond promptly.

Children

ION is not for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
